Xbox game bar does not show up in settings

Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. You can try the
troubleshoot Game bar on windows 10. Also if that doesn't work you can try to uninstall and reinstall the Xbox app.

Uninstalling and Reinstalling a default application on windows 10:

1. Press Windows key + X.
2. Then click Command Prompt(Admin)
3. Now type the following command and hit enter:
4. Get-AppxPackage *windowsstore* | Remove-AppxPackage
5. Get-AppxPackage *xboxapp* | Remove-AppxPackage
6. Restart your computer
7. Repeat steps 1-2 when the computer has booted up.
8. Instead of entering the command in step 3, enter the command in step 9
9. Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}

no, i don't use the party chat, i'm in the game that has voice chat, but the microphone isn't bein picked up, so i can hear my crewmates, but they can't hear me and when i go to the xbox app>settings> audio, there is a gray bar right under where it says Voice volume and under that gray bar, you can set the volume, that gray bar looks like it should light up or show you if your microphone is being picked up but it always stays gray. When i go to the xbox game bar and launch a party, it looks like it picks it up there fine, but in the settings of the xbox app it does nothing, same for the game(sea of thieves) whenever i try to speak in the game nothing comes out on my side and the green message icon that shows if your voice is getting picked up doesn't appear at all meaning it's not picking up the microphone for some weird reason.

Oh ok cool, and when you start up a game and open up game bar does it still show 0%?
