Xbox Game Bar custom shortcut not working

I replace the shortcut for recording in Game Bar with Alt+R. However, when I use it myself, it didn't work. I was forced to use the original shortcut. Is there a way to fix this. The new screenshot key Alt+T also doesn't work

If you're unhappy with the keyboard shortcuts, you can change the way you open the game bar like this and you can use whatever you like instead of Windows G:

To create customized keyboard shortcuts, press Windows logo key + G to open Game Bar, select Settings > Shortcuts,
enter your shortcuts, then press Save.
