    Xbox game bar and party chat


    When every I use Xbox game bar and join friends it gives me the following error code 0x8923102b. This code has no results on Microsoft's website and when it tells me to change privacy settings and I go to do that in the Xbox browser where it sends me everything
    is open and nothing is blocking voice chat. As well as my fire wall I've checked it and its unblocked. I also have an issue that i believe is also impacting this and its with game chat in Xbox games such as sea of thieves I simply can not voice chat and if
    i had to guess the issues are related because of Game bars integration with the Xbox apps. What can I do to resolve this issue?

    Party chat on Windows/Xbox App still works. An alternative is the Xbox game bar Party.

    To bring up the Xbox game bar, Hold the Windows button and Press "G"

    From there you will be able to initiate a Party and Much more!

    Why cant my XBOX party hear me on PC unless Gamebar is open? my default devices settings are correct on both Xbox And Gamebar apps.

    There is a workaround: in Game Bar you can pin the party chat so that it stays active when the Game Bar overlay disappears. Click the pin icon on the party chat widget. Hopefully they fix it properly soon.

    PC xbox app: game bar audio bug

    I have the same issue. The workaround I'm using is to "pin" the Party Chat Game Bar widget. This way, the party chat stays visible when the rest of the Game Bar overlay disappears, and it keeps your mic active.
