    Hi,

    I have problem with xbox app. One day I wanted to download a game from gamepass and xbox app didn't launch. For about 2 weeks it still does not open up :c.

    I tried every tips from this site. I tried to uninstall and install xbox app, game services and even regedit. But it still dose not work. Everythink is updated to the latest version including Windows 11, Xbox App and Game Services. Also I tried to do something in services to turn on every task conntected to xbox game app. I'm using Win 11.

    Thanks for answear but still does not work. I do not have any error code or something like that. The only thing i see is just xbox logo on black screen "breathing".

    I do not have 3rd part anti-virus software. Clean boot and new user also does not work,

    Hi KacperMisztal! Sorry to hear about what happened. I appreciate your efforts in trying to get it fixed. Let's do our best here to get this sorted out.

    May I exactly know what happened when you launched the Xbox app? Any error code or error message?

    If you're using a 3rd party anti-virus software or any software related to your PC security, please disable them temporarily and restart your PC if that fixes the Gaming Services issue.

    You could as well perform a clean boot to disable all 3rd party services on your machine. If that doesn't work, try creating a new Windows admin user if your Xbox app performs correctly on a new user.

    Game pass games doesn't launch

    no it doesn't matter where I open the game from these problems happen to me randomly in 4 different versions I talked about in the previous reply also if it open the game services page it won't open even after a while and yes xbox app services a start up app and I enable it
    It seems I have an older version of xbox app and xbox game bar but when I press Check for updates it doesn't appear to have an update
    and yes I have all of those services from the services application

    Seems there's been problems with the XBox Live system for a little while today. Most Apps will play but downloaded games or games requiring the Xbox Live service for some reason or another won't launch. They're slowly getting things back to normal.
