Xbox Game app says 0 drives

Like in the titile you can see the game app says i have 0 drives i tried unistaling reinstalling over the Microsoft store doesn’t work the button doesn’t work also tried reinstalling restarting pc reset the store use powershell comands nothing works

So I am going to install games on my gamepass on xbox but were my drives are suppose to be it says 0 avaliable or unknown, how do I add a drive to it.

i start it up it signs in xbox live just fine good connectivity i go to start a game or app and it says sing in to xbox live time remaining 0 i hit sign in and it says im already signed in but it wont play the game or app

Under Storage it says my Hard Drive and Cloud Saved Games. Under Hard Drive it says I have 0 KB through all applications.

I also tried removing the hard drive and putting it back in but nothing changed.

When I open it... it shows 0 items in there. But the videos are still on my hard drive...

how can I get them to show up in the Xbox Video App?
