Xbox game app on Surface RT 8.0 stays stuck at "signing in" at top right

Yes, I have been using a Microsoft account ever since I factory reset it.

But it still refuses to work

Firstly, I am running windows rt 8.0, not rt 8.1

And none of the fixes worked

Any more help would be appreciated.

So the Microsoft Store doesn't sign in, too?
When you try to open it, does it show any error message or what? If you can, please share a screenshot of it without sharing personal information.

The Windows RT 8.0 store doesn't even work so I have no way of verifying if It is even still available or not.

I don't think so, Microsoft Store is supposed to work on every OS.
