Xbox Game app is really bad

The suspension length is up to the enforcement team. No one here can tell you why it was 30 hours instead of 24. Again, you were given the correct answer in your original post as everything related to enforcement goes through that site. And as stated in your other thread, your threads were being removed due to violating forum guidelines.

Plus im from Portugal the call never works, i cant speak to my friends i just want to cancel everything related to u guys atm tbh, im done with this, just completely illogical that a company like this helps people abuse this system, like u abuse our wallets i guess

okay if u are a fellow gamer here can u tell me why did my ban last for 30 hours instead of the regular 24? instead of saying u already answered me, when u didnt, plus u are deleting all my posts related to opinion that matters and hiding everything that i say bad about ur company, im amazed u havent locked this thread and marked urself as usefull yet

You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you don't see those options, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

The error is solved by reinstalling windows but I have a very bad experience with Xbox app most of time the app enters infinite loop of loading when trying to open it, the app really is very bad and I can't take the benefits of my subscription.
