Xbox freezing up and games won’t load with unknown error code

I think i fixed it, heres how. Turn off Console. Plug in USB with OSU1. Turn on console in troubleshoot menu. Start OSU. Wait for it yoy ger suck at 66% applying/86% done. Update Froze. Turn off console. Turn on in troubleshoot. Reser with games and apps.
Update will pass 66%applying/86%done. Update finishes. Normal setup of console. Done??

worked for me, for now anyway

I have 82% free on my internal and 80% on my external. And i was playing Grounded and NBA 2K19

thus happened to me 3 times today. I will be playing a game just fine, then ill load up ankther game and it will freeze, wont load and my xbox one s will slow to a crawl. So i quit the game and restart, same error code. Ok i thought i restarted my xbox.
It wouldnt turn off so i held the xbox button for 10 seconds and it turned off. I turn my xbox on again amd then 1 of the times it game me a troubleshoot page and then other two times i got it stuck on the xbox startup screen.

i was able to fix it by turning off then erasing all data but meeping games and apps and eveything would work fine but then, 3 or so hours later it would happen. I didnt just download an update or anytbinf, this just happened. How do i fix it and why does
this have to happen to me?!?! Also i have a microsoft store update to do but it is stuck at 0% and has been going for 6 hours. HELP! Code: 0x8007045d

but its fortnite ill get into a game with my friends then it just freezes and crashes then my Xbox will say i dont have enough memory to render in the game but that's not correct i only have 3 games and 15.5% memory and storage taken up i cant even
play with my friends

Just uninstalled and reinstalled it 2 times and still won’t load. Comes up with the same error code
