Having said that, the only ones who can help you are the Enforcement team since support cannot help you with this problem, however you can contact them to explain the situation since according to what you say it was not your fault.

Thanks for replying to my message Daniel. So, my problem is that someone dumped 56,000 of followers (bots) to my account, I didn’t bother with it so much since I’ve heard so many people say that nothing will happen. Few months went by, woke up in the morning to a permanent suspension after that I went to appeal it and as expected it came back denied. The Xbox safety team sent me an email saying “manipulating followers with a third party software leads to a suspension” yet it wasn’t my problem, the issue was someone else added follower bots to my account without me knowing and I don’t know who did it. Does the Xbox enforcement team know about this? Because I did my best to prove the fact that a random person added bots to my account in the appeal but yet the enforcement team did nothing.

The problem is that unfortunately the support team cannot help you with suspensions but you can still try to contact them through the aforementioned link.

There you will find a button that says Contact Us, there you must select. In some cases an automatic bot will assist you but you must restart the page until a real person can assist you. But in reality, those who are in charge of this problem are through the Enforcement page.

I don't understand what you mean by dumping followers on the Xbox account, but anything that breaks Xbox rules and conditions can lead to a suspension, if that's what you mean.

Is there a way of contacting Xbox enforcements? there isn't an option like an email or a phone contact.
