Xbox Fitness menu malfunction after April 2015 system update

I updated on April 5 and now Xbox fitness is not working properly. When navigating the main menu to "library" it keeps kicking out to the main XBOX menu and I need to re-load.

No issues during a workout, but when it ends and takes you back to menu, can't navigate - kicks me out. Related to update?? Help!

Have you also done Controller Update?

For that go to Settings-> System.

Maybe your Controller has dropped at anytime too hard?

If not you can also request a Repair/Exchange, for that Register your device on xbox.com

After the firmware update, the LS on the wireless controller drifts North. If I'm on the main screen, it moves from the center tile to the upper left and stays there.

When in a list of options, it will cycle through the options endlessly -- unless interrupted.

When playing a game, it seems to drift forward/up until interrupted. It will resume the drift at predicable intervals.

While the LS is drifting North, it is impossible for the console to receive a single tap command. Double tap usually acts as a single tap, in this instance.

I've tried power cycling the console, resynchronizing the controller, and playing while connected.

 

Not sure if it will help, but worth a try: Uninstall/delete Xbox Fitness and all of its add-ons. The got to your Xbox Settings -> Blu-Ray -> Remove persistent storage. Then hard reboot you Xbox (either completely remove it from power, or hold the powerbutton
for a few seconds until it turns off). Then re-install Xbox Fitness and the add-ons you want.

You won't lose any save game or progress with this and it helped my fix issues in the past.

 

Is this the button you guys are referring to? I noticed the same thing last night. Will try sionetix's fix.
