Xbox Fitness is still stuttering - After 8 months

Hi support,

I would like to know if there is a workaround as the game keep on pausing on Insanity training is extremely frustrating.

Is the development team abandoning the game?

Xbox keeps locking after every round of a game

Mx xbox is jamming after every round of a game,sound changes during game also to a stuttering noise.have to keep rebooting console after every game.happening with ryes and battlefield.anyone else experiencing this.console is only 2 months old.

 

Xbox Fitness crashes to home

I live with leesioulong using the same xbox one.

I lose all my data from my account xbox fitness (4 months of sport).

We lose 5h with the support and after 3 days xbox fitness don't work again.

I think this is not the way to protect customers.

 

Constantly stutters for me as well. Let's see some of the new "customer" driven aspect of things as outlined by the CEO and communicate to us about when we can expect a fix.

 

Sorry to hear you guys are having trouble. Try un-installing the app then doing a hard reset on the console then re-install the app and see if that fixes the problem. To do a hard reset hold the power button down on the front of the console until it turns
off then unplug it from the outlet for 30 sec then plug it back in and power back on and re-install app. Hope this helps.

 

I have tried the above method many times but it didn't help at all for the stuttering problem.

 

Microsoft should be ashamed that after many months XBox fitness is still very buggy. About every 3rd workout the service will start stuttering and/or have long pauses, then finally will time out- Not very conducive to a good workout. Plus, the app sometimes
takes forever to launch or get through the various nag screens.

 

This App is [Mod Removed]. Really, Microsoft are you so ignorant to not listen to your customers and sell such a
[Mod Removed]?

The Video Quality is something like 1998! Could you call up 343 Tech and ask about their video codec that they used for the Halo Nightfall series.

Netflix, Amazon Prime, Halo Nightfall, apple tv all works flawless - but xbox fitness is hanging, stuttering absolutely unusable.

Face it: I want my money back! I bought some of the fitness sessions but at the moment they are unusable - so i want a refund!

Best of all, no contact to MS possible, no telephone support, no chat and why the heck there is no pure contact sheet? an email add? No, this is microsoft ignorant as hell to their customers!
