Xbox Fitness - I'm so [Mod Removed]

I finished the last challenges of a workout to get a total of 16 stamps, the app crashed as soon as the workout ended. The challenges appear complete but the stamps where not added. I reported this 3 months ago because I lost 18 stamps on the P90X workout,
what's the freaking point of doing the stupid challenges if I'm getting *** for those hard ones? I'm really really angry about this. And yes, I already redownloaded and did all the crap that doesn't fix anything.

So I just lost around 2 complete cards because a faulty app, that's amazing

Xbox mods?

Yeah I didn't even know about Xbox Fitness until last night did a workout and was going to do two more today. Kinect was working earlier went to play Xbox Fitness and it wasn't on. Yeah it would be cool to that achievement but such is life. Xbox support
told to ask a Mod on here so that's what I'm doing.

[Mod Removed] i hate this stupid preview, its caused nothing but issues with my xbox. i can't even sign in now to remove this [Mod Removed] preview program. I'm unable to play because they release a [Mod Removed]
update that makes your xbox a [Mod Removed]

 

So mods "remove" the *** from my title but ignore the issue, that's awesome

 

Hey, Mich! Sorry the app closed on you, making you lose your stamps. I want to make sure I understand exactly what happened.

When Xbox Fitness crashed on you, did it give an "Internet Connection Error" before doing so, or did it just return you to the Home screen on the Xbox One? Can you also specify what steps you have already done besides reinstalling the app? I want to make sure
we don't do anything that you've already done.

 

I didn't have any error, it closed and sent me back to the dashboard. I always quit the app and restart it so it might fix it, but the crashes are always random, it's the 3rd time I've experienced this, losing around 30-35 stamps. While I know some people
exploited a glitch to gain stamps, those are the real winners here.

 

You know what? I'm done with this, apparently Xbox support doesn't care about it, app crashed AGAIN, lost 12 more stamps, thats around 50 stamps I can't get added anymore, good for patching it for cheaters, but for the ones who actually DID the workouts,
those better stay ***. Regretting buying a console in "beta" state, I paid 500 dollars and the Xbox 360 is more stable than this, same goes for the attention you actually pay to us
