Xbox favorites online notification not working on console

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

Just a friendly reminder though that there are multiple reports in regards to the same issue, however there are no official announcement from Microsoft that's why we just need to perform troubleshooting steps. I have here steps that we can try, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

"1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​"

If that didn't work try turning off the notification and then turn it back on.

myself and my friends are having same issue and we have been having it for approx. 1.5 months now it started after it was constantly notifying us that we were coming online when we were already online and playing games together. when that stopped we stopped getting notified of each other coming online

Please please please fix
