    hi , I have been having a few issues with my Xbox one recently , it will boot to the main screen and remain there for a good hour or so before crashing but will only last 5-10 minutes while a game is running , basically it switches itself off completely
    , the light on the power brick goes put too and the only way to reboot it is to unplug for a short while and then it will boot up , but again only for an hour on main homescreen and 5 minutes during gameplay ! Please help , anybody had same issue and found
    a solution ??

    *UPDATE* I'm not sure if it was because of the update or not but the root cause was my power brick. Either the update affected my power brick (which I don't know if it's even possible) or the power brick was faulty and just happened to
    have issues during the update. I took it to Gamestop and they plugged up a different power brick and it booted up fine. The old power brick always stays orange. If you have this issue, check the power brick.

    the update. I took it to Gamestop and they plugged up a different power brick and it booted up fine. The old power brick always stays orange. If you have this issue, check the power brick.

    Hi!

    Try clearing the console cache by holding down the power button for 10 secs and try again.

    if you are using the other power brick, check to see if the light comes on. It probably is a faulty power brick issue

    Have similar issue but mine also turns off on its own as well. Found out that it was a faulty power brick and had to buy a new one since my unit was out of warranty. Try resetting your power brick by unplugging the brick from the wall with your Xbox turned
    off (the light on brick should now be orange). Press the power button on your Xbox and this will cause the light on the brick to turn off. This process just drained the power from the brick. Plug the brick back into the outlet and turn on your Xbox. Hope this
    helps. Seems like a recall they aren't doing anything about since multiple people has this issue even new systems fresh out of the box...
