Xbox fan question

it's completely normal, by "silent" it's typically referred to as in audible if someone is sitting a normal distance from the TV

It's impossible to make a silent fan because the action of moving the air creates noise

Shouldn't be that loud, but it isn't whisper quiet like the original Xbox One. Not surprising with the power supply inside it now.

The fan is supposed to be whisper quiet like the original Xbox One, if it's unusually loud I suggest getting the console replaced.

According to the clip you recorded, it seems like the sound is very low. I even had to turn the volume up to the maximum using headphones to perceive it properly. If you can only hear it by getting very close to the console fan, then it's something normal, and you shouldn't worry. If the sound increases over time or if it becomes noticeable at a normal distance from the console, then it would be advisable to apply the warranty.
