    Xbox Family Settings Issues


    Hi everyone, my son had an Xbox for Christmas, and he plays under a username attached to my email. I have set up the Xbox family app to access parental controls. Unfortunately, that now makes my son’s account the organiser as he is attached to my email address. Therefore I cannot add him as a member without creating him a whole new child account and losing all of his gaming history. Can anyone help? Thxs
