Xbox Family Screen Time Problem!!

Hello, Since July 17th, The used time stays at Zero, I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, removing my child’s account and then adding back on. But nothing seems to work. It Just stays at zero, no matter how long he’s is playing for.

I don’t know if the new update had something to do with it. But is there any way to fix this?

Are you using the Xbox console to check the screen time?

So on my kids console, the notification pops up says your time is about to run out, please send a message for more time.

But I’m using the phone app, and since 7/17/2021 the app no longer shows the usage time, it just says 0hrs, 6hrs allowed today.

There has to be an issue with the app itself!

If you are on Android, try clearing the app cache. if that doesn't help, try to reinstall the app.

If you are on IOS, you cannot really delete the cache, so you might want to reinstall!

If the steps above do not help, this has to be a bug that I would recommend reporting it, so it gets looked into: Provide feedback as an Xbox Insider | Xbox Support

Hi!

I was just wondering if anyone knew of a way to set multiple blocks of allowed screen time for my child.

For example, I want my child to be allowes to play on his devices up until 10am. Then between 10am and 7pm he isn’t allowed but then 7pm and onwards he’s allowed

I hope this makes sense and I hope someone can help me
