Xbox Family not letting me add anyone

Discus and support Xbox Family not letting me add anyone in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Xbox family is not letting me add anyone.     Xbox Family not letting me add anyone


    Xbox family is not letting me add anyone. Tried through the Xbox, mobile app, and online with laptop. Nothing is working. I keep getting error message to try again. I’ve double checked that the accounts I am trying to add are not already in a family group.
    I even reset the Xbox and started from scratch. Any ideas?

    Hey there! I wanted to clarify a bit. Yeah, it isn't possible to sign up for a NEW Family Pack now, but if you already have one, you should still be able to manage it like normal, including adding new members. Can you please try signing in with the erroring
    account to login.live.com and make sure that'll go through? We can get this sorted!

    the last few days if not almost a week if your on an existing family pack you get to keep it till it runs out but you cannot sign up for a new one or I THINK add people to an existing one.

    FYI the family pack has been discontinued there is no way to add new members to it.

    Add a child to Xbox family

    hello there please try the following and let me know if it solves your issue

    Press the Xbox button again to open the guide, and select Profile & system > Settings > Account. Select Family settings > Manage family members. Select Add to family. Select the profile for the person you want to add, and then press the A button on your controller

    Thanks for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that you are getting an error message when you try to add a family member to your account's family. Are you attempting to add a family member on an Xbox One, a Windows 10 computer or a mobile device?

    attempting to add a family member     through a different browser or device. Be sure to let us know the results
