xbox family game pass idea for families

Xbox family pass is a cool idea.

My idea on Family share: Only digital downloaded games can be shared via cloud that way the disc copies do not get passed around. Currently all purchased games on xbox live are registered to the gamer tag so they maybe able to use that to give the people
family share. I don't know just an idea. I really don't care for family share but thought about it for people who want it.

That is not a bad idea if you think about it ultimate game pass is around 180 dollars a year if you figure in Xbox live and game pass together. It probably would cost a little more like a family plan but that is not a bad idea at all to offer.

From what I understand Games Pass isn't a sharable thing, and because Xbox Gold has come with Games Pass it also mustn't be shareable, because of this, Microsoft is rumoured to be bringing out a family plan for Games Pass so it can be shared with family members.

Hopefully this will be officially announced soon as I think a lot of families out there would make use of it.

I think this is a good idea it could be managed by the family settings with one user having the option to buy Games Pass or Live at a discounted price for family members.

I think it would have to be done at a gamertag level as opposed to a network level.
