    Xbox Family Faceoff


    So I bought Cup Head on the 9th December (i believe this has registered as 1 controller icon in the reward) and i have since bought Assassins Creed - Origins on the 29th December (this doesn't show up) i have also gained 4 achievements on Cuphead since purchase
    as well as 2 Achievements in Assassins Creed - will the purchase of assassins creed and the gained achievements (6 in total) count towards the family faceoff reward as it is the last day and if so how will i know if the rewards have been added

    Where are the new face off maps???!!!!

    They should be in the Store section of the Multiplayer menu. To play those Faceoff maps, go to the Faceoff playlist.

    Actually, I think I'm wrong to an extent. Ground War allows for 18 players, not 16 - so private matches should also allow for 18, not 16. My bad...

    Since you bought it before th promotion ends, yes it will count. Once credits are added, you will see them listed as pending on the MyRewards section of the site.

    Hello CotteyBoy,

    Yes, even if purchases are not processed until the offer is over, as long as you complete the activity within the offer period, it will complete. Once the processing is complete, you can see the Credits pending on your MyRewards page. For example, your purchases
    from the offer have been processed and are pending on that page.
