Xbox Family Face-Off Mission- Did not receive credit for level 2 or level 3

I purchased Assassins Creed Origins and earned 6 achievements in December, but I did not receive Rewards Credit for level 2 or level 3 from the Xbox Family Face-Off Mission.

Can you please correct this? Let me know if other information is needed.

Family FaceOff Level 2 & 3 Rewards

Hello,

I completed all levels of last months Family Face Off rewards and have not gotten credit for levels 2 & 3. When can I expect these to be credited to my account?

Question: When are we receiving the cash from Xbox Rewards Points?

Hello there. And happy holidays!

I already have 14,000 Xbox Reward credits (= $14.00) and I can't see the button to make an early deposit. But, when I scroll down on the Rewards website, I see this on "Pending Credits":

As was stated in the offer FAQ:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

After you have completed an action on the list, your Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems will appear as pending within 96 hours.

Since you only earned your last achievement on December 29th, that was only recently processed. We see the Credits are currently pending in your account. Once our system processes that you have completed level 1 and 2, it will award level 3.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page.

Thank for the tip Unyo Bro. I tried SP's with 500,000 credits and got two N7 gun levels. That is a bit cheaper than PSP's and I cant say I have every received 2 N7's on only 500,000 credit PSP's. Just alot of those level 4 one mission cards.

You can receive credits for Level 2 without completing level 1 first.

The level you earned credits for is for purchasing avatar items. In order to receive credits for level 1, you had to spend at least $59.99 on eligible games, movies, or TV show. Once you met the requirement for level 1 it would unlock level 2 (earning credits
for achievements earn in the game you purchased for level 1).
