Xbox Family App Notification SOUND not working

To set up notification sound for the Xbox Family App on your iOS device, you can follow these steps:

• Open the Settings app on your iOS device.
  
• Scroll down and tap on Notifications.
  
• In the Notifications settings, scroll down and find the Xbox Family app.
  
• Tap on it to open its notification settings.
  
• Make sure that the Allow Notifications switch is turned on.
  
• Under the Alerts section, ensure that the Sound option is enabled.

We are going to check if you have the most up to date iOS version of your device. Check if there is available updates and install it. Additionally, you can uninstall the Xbox Family Settings app and reinstall the most up to date version from your Apps store. You can also check it here: Xbox Family Settings App | Xbox

Thank you for your response. This was already checked before I posted on the forum. See photo attached.

I have done all the obvious things but do not get a Sound whenever a notification appears

The Xbox Family Settings application which can be found on your mobile device's app store has activity reports that allow you to review your family member's daily and weekly activity, which includes their total play time: View activity reports and notifications in the Xbox Family Settings app
