    Setting up my kids profiles on the iphone xbox app and I cant figure out how to change their profile user names that xbox gave them. It said I would be able to change them after we created their accounts. I cant find the option in settings. Please help??

    Normally that should be merely a bug, I advise you to try to uninstall and reinstall the app, since you are sure sound is already enabled in the app.

    Thanks for the suggestion and I uninstalled the app, rebooted my iPhone, reinstalled the app and still only getting the pop-up notification and no sound.

    Any other ideas to try?

    Try to remove and re-add the member and see if it will make any changes.

    As an organizer, you can add members of your household to your family group by using the Xbox Family Settings app on your mobile device.

    • Launch the Xbox Family Settings app, and then select the green Accounts icon in the top-right of the Family screen. Select Add organizer or Add child, and then follow the on-screen instructions to send an invitation to someone to join your family group.
