    Xbox family account restrictions even though I'm 25


    I have no idea what changed, but today when trying to download Gears Tactics it says I need an adult. I am an adult and it tells me to ask someone in the Microsoft family to raise my restrictions, even though I was alone in it. I tried following the advice
    of someone online and try to add myself from another account as an organizer and raise it that way, but I did not see that as an option after I added my alt account.

    No idea what to do.

    That doesn't help but thanks, the problem is an XBox unnecessary restriction. Once an account is added to the Gold Family pack, the secondary account becomes parentally controlled by the primary account. He isn't a child and I have added no parental restrictions,
    XBox do though. It's a ridiculous limitation

    Can you tell me why this is? As the primary "adult" on the account I now have no recourse or ability to set up restrictions, and I cannot transfer the profile to another e-mail address even though it's associated with our "family" group?

    What happens if you are over 18 and you get this restriction? B4 I joined the family pack, I was able to download T + content. When I joined, I got restricted. I am 25 years old and I am being restricted

    Thank you for reply. I tried this many times yesterday and today from account without family restrictions and even created family to change it from another organizator account. This doesn't seem to help
