[Translation] Hi, I have a parent account which is connected to a child account. The child has now become 15 and I would like to change something in the settings. However, as a parent, I no longer come to my parent account. How can I adjust this now? [Translation]

    :)

Disappointment in the rumors of "Internet Requirement"

But what about families that own more than one xbox? Forcing families to buy more than one copy of the game stinks.

    Family Pack Expired Day Early

The Xbox One family support is different than the family pack we had on our Xbox 360. It is good for only one console. I have four Xbox 360 consoles with the family pack. My entire family can be online at the same time. I don't think this is possible
with a single Xbox One and their family support.

Hello , i have a problem i want to quit my family but I don’t have the option to quit please could you give me a solution

Hi Elouadghiri H, my name is Rishabh, I hope you are doing great out there. I’m happy to help you with your question.

Please note that the ability to leave a family group may depend on the permissions and roles set by the family organizer. If you do not see the option to leave the family group, it's possible that the family organizer has restricted this action. In that case, you might need to contact the family organizer to request to be removed from the family group.

If you're looking to leave a family group on Xbox, here's how you can do it:

    1. From Xbox Console:

Sign in to the Xbox console with the account that is part of the family group.
Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Navigate to the "Profile & system" tab.
Scroll down to "Settings" and select "Account."
    Choose "Family settings."
Select the family member you want to remove from the family group.
    Choose "Remove from family."

    2. From Xbox Family Settings App:

Download and install the Xbox Family Settings app on your mobile device.
Sign in with the account that is part of the family group.
Open the app and navigate to the "Family" section.
Select the family member you want to remove.
    Choose "Remove from family."

    3. From Xbox Website:

Go to the Xbox Family Settings website: https://family.microsoft.com/.
Sign in with the account that is part of the family group.
Click on the family member's profile you want to remove.
    Select "Remove from family."

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.

    Thanks and regards
    Rishabh Sohal
