Xbox Factory Reset by itself.

I was playing Fable 2 when it got a corrupt save file so I made a new save started playing everything was fine. Then I tried to play Overwatch and it wouldn't start like 5 times. I tried going back to Fable 2 and it wouldn't start either so I tried to normally reset my Xbox one (not factory reset). Then it took forever and I heard it try to restart again after seeming to fail and it finally turned on and my profile is gone and it doesn't want to connect to the Internet...

It seems that you're experiencing issues with your Xbox One. It sounds like your console may have undergone a factory reset on its own. A factory reset will erase all data and settings on your console, including your profile and network settings. Let us help you get to the bottom of this.

1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

2. Select "Settings" and then "System".

3. Select "Console info & updates" and then "Reset console".

4. Choose "Reset and remove everything" to perform a factory reset.

5. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your console again, including connecting to the internet and signing in to your profile.

Hey there!

You should go to the Xbox Insiders subreddit for all the up to date about the preview program. This update required a factory reset of the OS.

Are you currently in the Insider/Preview program, or have recently opted out of it?

If so, the Xbox is subject to factory resetting itself to new preview updates (if you're still in the program), or the latest public OS release (if you've opted out).
