Xbox error website could not find error code that Xbox gave me.

Why would my Xbox give me an error code to look up on the error code assist site -

An error code which the Xbox error code assist site does not recognize?

I checked the code 4 times - it is the exact code given to me to check at the site “Xbox.com/errorhelp”.

Hello, Sorry if it took me time to respond.

It just says that an error happened while logging into your account and gave me a website to https://accounts.live.com and gave me this error code

I searched up the error code and it just said to check your Xbox status or change your avatar which I can't do on the Xbox 360.

However I have an Xbox One that I can change the avatar for. would that make a difference?

I don't get an error code associated with the issue. I already tried purchasing it through this website, that also gave me an error.

When I tried the suggested solution, it told me that Xbox Live profiles could not be downloaded right now and gave me the error code 80151904
