    XBOX ERROR MESSAGE


    The error message is

    There was a problem

    We couldn't sign you in. Try again in a few minutes or check your account by signing in to account.llive.com. sign in: 0x87DD000F

    I've tried restarting the xbox.

    I have good connection

    this happens everyday & my live account is current (but im unable to use something that im being charged for)

    Original Xbox 360 E74 error message- Solution

    If your Xbox 360 has failed because of the E74 error, you’ll see the following message on the screen when you turn on your Original Xbox 360 console:

    System Error. Contact Xbox Customer Support.
    E74

    If you see this error message, you must repair your console. The warranty period for the E74 error is three years from the original purchase date of the console. If the warranty period expires, you’ll have to pay for the repair.

    Xbox error message

    This is normal, Xbox LIVE or the dashboard may glitch or not load for you 100% and not all the hubs/tabs won't load. You can either sign out and back in or click on something and it well refresh the dashboard.

    Thank you for coming by to the Xbox forums, I'd be happy to help.

    So it seems that you are getting an error code when trying to send messages. Would you mind sharing the error code and any accompanying message with the error?

    There are other methods of sending messages like account.xbox.com or the Xbox App for Windows 10 or mobile. I recommend trying at least one other method of messaging and let us know if you are getting the same error message.
