Xbox error "game taking to long to load" need help fixing

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this issue. I can totally understand how this could be pretty discouraging. It could be stemming from a connectivity problem for sure, so it might be best for you to check out what we have
here on Troubleshoot your Xbox One network connection.

Another thing you can try is a
soft factory reset (the kind that let's you keep your games & apps). If you do have a good connection, it'll usually help the console operate smoother.

that this probbably makes you mad but i can promise you that xbox Team are working on this issue. For steps on what you can do so you can play is restart your xbox.

Okay so, i fixed the problem where my xbox completely wouldnt work. I still have problems with games taking too long to start and the error code with it, but when i do get it to work, its like it doesnt fully connect me to the game. When i okay brawlhalla
i noticed that sometimes it put me offline in game, and when i play rogue company i cant load into games at all. Also trying to play 2k i just completely black screen. Maybe i have a connectivity problem? Any ideas or suggestions?

I did the soft reset and that did not help.

Forza 4 will not load at all. It says Forza 4 took to long to start. I have to try two or three times on some other games before they will launch.

I have cleared the mac address twice and that did not help. I uninstalled Forza 4 and reinstalled and that did not help.

I am dreading to have to do a full factory reset.

I have a 2nd xbox one in the bedroom and the games load perfect on that xbox.
