the truth behind all the issues occuring on the xbl service end is that there are 6-7 ABSOLUTE BANGERS that are dropping and everyone want to download purchase pre-order and play beta's for.... and i mean EVERYONE.

Destiny 2: Forsaken, Madden 19', NBA 2k19, COD BO4, BF5, PUBG FULL GAME release, Division 2 are just the tip of the iceberg, let alone the fact that backward capatibility sale offers up to 75% off.

The load is breaching the capacity of the servers and they are being throttled.

other areas are subject to drop in performance and in some cases crash or not even work and to produce error codes as there are more services being processed than can be handled.

Forza Horizon 3 won't install

Think xbox live is down I'm getting same error. Service status timed at 22:18 says check back in 30 mins for update

From my, non-offical, understanding, Xbox Live utilizes many different CDNs distributed across the world, and the connection can vary from site to site. I'm not sure if this is particularly helpful, as there are so many different factors that can contribute
or degrade performance in the network chain, from local networks speed, strength and population, to ISP connections, speeds, and routing, to CDN status and availability.
