Xbox Error Codes Are Lying!

I was just playing on my Xbox when someone asked for some help in my house. I helped them, but when I returned to my Xbox and looked in the party I noticed that I had "Disconnected." It gave me an error code starting with 0x and prompted me to go to network
settings. Before doing that, I searched the error code
here, but it said that there were no support articles. So then I proceeded to my network settings and everything was fine, meaning there was no reason for me to have disconnected and no reason for the error code not to work as well. I also checked here,
but it did not say there were any service alerts. With that said, the issue had to be something with Xbox Live that was not allowed to be explained to a commoner like me. I don't appreciate being lied to by my console, especially when I am being disconnected
for no reason.

Hello There,

Thanks for coming to the forums. The errors don't lie to you. There could of been a few seconds interruption that caused this. For example at my house my internet has stopped for brief seconds. This happens especially during peak times of the day when a
lot are on the internet in the area. If all is working now, to prevent this reboot your network hardware once in a while. Personally I reboot mine every weekend due to ISP doing updates to the routers.

The error code I get is 8015190A.

There could be some issues with Xbox Live or your Live account was unable to verify correctly. Check if you have a active Gold membership or change your avatar on Xbox 360 if you still have the console lying around.

I just got off the phone with live support, the error code i gave them ending in 2ee2 was a error code on xbox live page. the tech said nothing bad on my end. Way to drop the ball microsoft. Rep said give it till this evening... lol lying but hey, they gotta
keep hope alive right? If they dont have this fixed b6y the end of the week I will be buying a ps3.

Sorry to hear it. As was stated above, the issue could have been lying with the console's hard drive prior to the update. Which type of console do you have (FAT, S or E) and what size hard drive was it?

Was the hard drive purchased with the console or separately? If separately, where was it purchased?

That's what I get when I try to reput my prepaid code in online... At least it's better than my xbox lying to me about me having a network issue. Bravo multiple billion dollar company. This is exactly why I'll not be purchasing an xbox one.
