Xbox Error code E106 and after offline update 101

Thank you for your reply. We have done that and it goes right back to the error screen with with a new error code we have had e106 e102 e101. E101 is the last one we got after doing the offline update

What was the error code that popped up

E106 00000009 80070002, but the codes seem to change sometimes which is odd...
Did you tried the points listed under here https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/console/system-update-solution/startup-error ?
