    Hi,

    So I purchased a used Xbox one x for Christmas for my son, it was working for 2 days without issue. He tried to turn it on the morning after and got a no display error, I looked into this and it pointed to a HD failure, so I purchased a direct copy of the 1tb HD and followed a YouTube guide of how to replace it, that was fairly easy, I tried to install the osu1 direct download from Microsoft via a usb stick as per instructions, I now have the display working but I get an error message code of E100 00000706 80070002. I have spoken to the person who created the guide and he asked if the Xbox was enrolled in the insider program so i messaged the person I got it from and he said he was but didn't realize, he has removed the Xbox and sent photos but it wasn't in his list of devices to remove and deleted the account. I presumed I could then proceed with the offline update but I am still having the same issue. I messaged the person who made the guide on YouTube and again he informed me it's because the console dosnt know it's been removed from the program and to plug an ethernet cable in and try again, which I have and still the same error message comes up. Is there any one out there who can advise me what I need to do or is it just a case of waiting for Microsoft to release a new osu? I can't believe I'm having this much hassle to simply change a failed hard drive. Thanks for reading and hopefully someone will get back to me.
