Had a problem with login to account using parental controls

If i try to enter the account it says hello (Name) and then shortly after says bye (Name)

Then says would you like more screen time i click send a request after clicking a screen pops up saying "Something went wrong

For more info, check xbox support website with this error code 0x80a40026" I Searched the website but found nothing on the error code please help ive seen things on this error code but only for the games instead of the whole account.

This is a rare error I have only seen once before with Red Dead Redemption 2

it seems to be account related with age restrictions

Have you figured out anything yet? My son is having the same issue

I just had this same problem with my son's account when he tried to play fortnite. Had to remove his account from the xbox and sign back in to fix. Thankfully he didn't lose anything.

If You Have Bought The Game On The Account You Are Trying To Play On I Do Not Know. Ask A Parent To Sign In To The Parent Account And Then Go On The Game Then Press "Select Account" Choose The Account You Got The Error On And It Should Work Fine.

try going through to Xbox live chat support as they may know the error code or try Rockstar support if your unable to find the error code anywhere.

don't know if you tried the obvious.

re-install game

reboot console

reconnect internet connection (wired or wireless)
