    Xbox Error 8027025a


    Hi all.

    I get this error message maybe 9-10 times a day everyday on my Xbox One X at the minute. So far the only fix I can seem to find is to restart and keep unplugging my external hardrive maybe 4/5 times until it is finally located by my Xbox. I spoke to Xbox
    support a few months ago who suggested it was my harddrive so I purchased another and now I am getting the same message after only around 3 days of use.

    I have tried putting the Xbox on instant on and power saving mode but none seem to do the trick. Anyone else had this issue and found a decent fix for it?

    I suggest you to check your network settings and be sure Xbox Live Service is reachable. If a full reset of the console did not solve the problem, maybe the cause is a network service error or a hardware fault.
