ive never bought gamepass and have never had gamepass , bottom text also “says if your subscription is current. which is impossible when i never had one, try quiting and relaunching the game, that doesn’t work at all, if you tried to launch this from disc, check the disc it might be dirty or damaged which is also impossible when my game is literally digital bought from the microsoft store… i’ve tried hard restarting the xbox.. didn’t work, uninstalled and reinstalled… didn’t work, idk what else to do

In which game are you experiencing this problem? Are there any error codes or messages?

I saw that you did some procedures and it didn't solve try to clear the cache, in some cases it can solve the problem: Press the Xbox button on the controller.
Go to your profile icon and select “Settings”.
Select "Devices and Connections", then "Blu-ray".
Select "Persistent Storage".
Select "Clear Persistent Storage". (Note) Clearing the cache removes all game updates already downloaded. You will need to download these updates again the next time you play the game.

update i was about to follow these instructions but i tested minecraft to see if it still was doing the same error code message and now its not doing it anymore but thank you so much for the help
