MY SON HAS BEEN WRONGLY SUSPENDED AND TAUNTED ON XBOX AFTER HE TOLD THE OTHER CHILD HE HAD TO TALK TO HIS FATHER. THE OTHER CHILD CALLED HIM;
[Mod Removed - Profanity]. THE OTHER CHILD FILED A FALSE REPORT ABOUT MY SON, I WAS IN THE ROOM!!! RATHER THAN DO THEIR JOB AND INVESTIGATE THEY SUSPENDED MY SON. I CAN ONLY GUESS THIS IS BECAUSE HE WAS SUSPENDED LAST YEAR? THIS IS MOST
AGGRIVATING WHEN I THE PARENT THAT PAYS XBOX EMPLOYEES SALARY WAS IN THE ROOM. YET I CANNOT TALK TO ANYONE ABOUT IT. NOW THE OTHER CHILD IS SENDING MY SON HARASSING NOTES 10 TIMES A DAY CALLING HIM NAMES AND ASKING HIM HOW IT FEELS TO SUSPENDED. HE EVEN
DID SO WHILE I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH XBOX. THEY REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW THIS CAN BE RESOLVED???? DOES ANYONE KNOW IF A CLASS ACTION SUIT HAS BEEN FILED AGAINST MICROSOFT?

Massive issue with the Xbox enforcement team

So, recently I have been permanently banned by the Xbox enforcement team, I am not here to complain that I didn't deserve the ban or that I didn't do anything wrong, I deserve it. Anyways I have a pretty big complaint about what happens to your account after you have been permanently banned, when you try to sign into your account it just simply will not let you sign into it, not bad right that's part of a ban? But when you make a whole new account and try to play any games that you downloaded on your banned account you can't play them. This is listed in their Terms Of Service (TOS) that if you get permanently banned you forfeit all licence you owned with those games. This is an issue because Microsoft does not have the right to just take away content that you purchased because you broke their rules. That is like the police taking ownership of your house and all of your possessions because you got sent to jail. They should not be able to do that, they should not be able to take away all of your belongings and your hard earned money or money you have saved up over the months, I have around 30 Dollars left on that account with the 400 Dollars worth of games, skins, and other downloadable content I have purchased over the years and something needs to be done about this, they can't just simply say that it's written down in their TOS and that is the rules because as far as I know this isn't legal in the United States at least.

Hi, whilst you may think the suspension relates to this incident, chances are it wasn't. It can take some time for enforcement to act. When a gamer reports another gamer, data is grabbed and sent to enforcement. They then review the report and the attached
data (communication) and take the relevant action. You can not file false reports, as these would have no data grab of the incident. For further information on myths, please see here: Xbox Enforcement | How Do I

 

I would also suggest you report any violations, the other gamer has committed, via the Xbox. If they are messages, report each one that violates the code of conduct. Then Block the gamertag and do not respond.

When an account is created for Xbox, you agree to the code of conduct. Therefore you accepted that by breaking the rules, action will be taken.

I am sure one of the XBF team will post you a link to corporate legal team.

Only the enforcement team will be avke to help you with the suspension.

If it is possible then report any messages that goes against the Code of Conduct, the other child has send and block the account for further communication from them.

 

The Enforcement team reviews all the case appeals they receive. Submitting one would be the best course of action. There are instructions

here.

This must be frustrating for both you and your son, and I am sorry you are both going through this. You should let Enforcement know what the other party has said and done, including messages received if you still have them. They can review the cases and
take the best course of action if someone did break the terms of service.
