Xbox Enforcement

I've just been banned for 14 days due to saying [Mod Removed] off" to a player on GTA who has been continuously killing me on GTA. Saying
[Mod Removed] is the same as Go away in a way to express how annoyed you are. I think the problem is that I swore at him, but this is Xbox - a gaming platform. Almost every 18+ game is swearing - if the player can't swear then the games can't
swear. I hope you understand. This is no ridiculous, the amount of times I've been banned for going back at the toxic players, and them living their Xbox life happily without a suspension. Saying
[Mod Removed] and being reported should do nothing - I just bought a new controller, this is the first message of me swearing sent in 4 weeks, one report one suspension. Very unfair. Before I took Xbox's test thing to plead for the suspension
on the toxic player who reported me and I saw the question "If a player does better than you are you allowed to harass them" I said no of course and I know it is offending the Xbox rules, but saying
[Mod Removed] is *NOT* disobeying the system. It just means Go away simply, and if I can't swear why can games swear. What am I supposed to do? Like if you're getting constantly killed in a video game like GTA and you're getting annoyed, of
course you'd say something like [Mod Removed], Go away,
[Mod Removed] - that's all swearing - plus GTA has much swearing as well. I'm sorry I just don't get it. This is not right at all. Fix your automatic system because
[Mod Removed] Off does not offend anyone or anything in any sort of way, it's just an angry way of saying Go Away. I'm asking about why
[Mod Removed] is bad to players. A response of why using the same meaning but a bit more harsh is bannable would be great!

Did you check your email and make sure you're not the subject of XBOX Live enforcement?

 

One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

 

The only way to contact anyone that can alter suspensions (or to appeal it or ask about it) is to contact enforcement through a case review:

https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/howto#sub-topic0-6 Xbox support and phone support can not alter suspensions. Only enforcement can - and ONLY through a case review. To do a case review your suspension must be active, have been applied within the
last year and be longer than 24 hours. You may have to do a quiz on the code of conduct before you can do a case review, and if you fail you will have to wait 24 hours to try again.

The 18+ rating for a game does not mean you can discard the code of conduct.

 

The enforcement team isn't active on the forums. So you won't get a reply from them here.

Swearing is against the code of conduct. So that's probably the reason for your ban.
