Xbox Enforcement

Hello,

I'm submitting this in these forums since there is no real way to contact the Xbox Enforcement team. I was subjected to a 24 hour communications ban, which was completely in line, due to the brief vulgarity I used in a chat message, so I accept it, even
after the other reported party involved boasted about how they got away with it. HOWEVER, the person I sent the message to was team killing in a game multiple times, on purpose. Yet, did he receive any sort of suspension? No. But,
If you reference your own 'How-to' page, it says for account suspensions :

• "Inappropriate in-game behavior or cheating"

And, if the Xbox Enforcement team, quote, "relies on passionate members of the community to help keep Xbox Live fun and safe for everyone", I'm submitting this in hopes to aid in removing garbage players from Xbox Live so innocent players can have fun, especially
since the complaints I file against such people are never taken seriously. But, since the player is still able to go about his team-killing business without any attention from Microsoft, it makes me question if you really care about fairness at all, or just
what is convenient for the broken enforcement system. To end, and yet again quote your own help page, you say "...we are listening, and we want you to know that you have been heard!", yet I haven't seen anything to support this. I'll refrain from putting the
persons gamer-tag in this message since I've already submitted a complaint through Xbox. A disregarded complaint, but a complaint nonetheless.

One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

Have you seen the "Enforcement United" programme too? Community moderators, whose reviews presumably carry more weight than your average member.

You have to be rated e for everyone regardless of the other personand no you don't get any feedback or info on others suspensions so you don't know if he got suspended or not

24hour suspensions are not case review able since they have to reinvestigation and well it takes over 48houes before they get back to you there is little point
