Xbox Enforcement

Just wondering if someone can please explain what is going on with Xbox Live Enforcement. 2 Days ago I received an email stating that my sons Xbox Live Communication was suspended for a week due to breach of the communication Policy. There was no information
as to when, why, how the breach occurred. No evidence offered or supplied as to how the breach occurred and no further explanation.

I tried to get a case review however I answered the questionnaire wrong and no needed to wait 24 hours before I could try the questionnaire again. I contacted online support who basically said "Bad luck Its an enforcement issue" I asked if there was any
other way to deal with the issue to which I was advised to place a post on user voice and offer a suggestion. Somewhere along the line I would basically like customer support for a service that I pay for and was suspended without an explanation apart from
breach of Policy, I find this utterly ridiculous that a service would be suspended without providing and single shred of evidence or at least date, time and simple details of the breach. Furthermore I would like to discipline my son over the breach however
as per previous I DONT HAVE ANY DETAILS. I find this somewhat counter productive to what the enforcement is trying to achieve. From what I can gather my son called another player an idiot (Yes agree not on) at some point in time and thats the only time he
can remember breaching the policy BUT I DONT HAVE ANY DETAILS. I find the service I have received from Microsoft over past few days utterly disgusting and not what I would expect from a progressive worldwide company, who would like to keep customers. I would
also expect that as Xbox Live is a paid service Microsoft would supply some sort of reasoning behind their decision to suspend a paid account and not to even care when customers are trying to complain about a service. I would like to suggest if Microsoft are
going to suspend an account you provide details as to why that account is being suspended not "Breach Of Policy". Whilst we agree with online enforcement and a safer online environment the only thing Microsoft has successfully achieved over the last few days
is to make long term customers look at alternate platforms where hopefully they are treated with the respect they deserve.

So in short can you please explain why we do not receive any details of the breach and why we are forced to answer a questionnaire to get an explanation and any service from Microsoft.

Secondly are we to expect that the Microsoft Enforcement will behave in a like manner suspending accounts without reason or further notification in the future?

Thirdly is there any review or Policy changes in the future regarding the way Microsoft Enforcement monitors and suspends accounts without providing any evidence to the account holder?

One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

Have you seen the "Enforcement United" programme too? Community moderators, whose reviews presumably carry more weight than your average member.

The questionnaire is used to gauge your (or your son's) knowledge of the code of conduct. If you're failing then it's to help push you to read over the code of conduct to have a better understanding of what can and cannot be done over Live. The enforcement
team does not suspend an account for no reason. They investigate the complaints they receive and will only issue a suspension if they determine you have done something to violate the code of conduct.
