Xbox Enforcement

This post is more directed to Xbox Enforcement but I need to say something. So the other day I sent a message to someone while playing Grand Theft Auto 5. It did include some extreme language but it was short. I sent it because I was making a gunrunning
delivery and I desperately needed that money. Anyway, this person and someone else in their organization came after me with 2 fighter jets leaving me no chance to make the delivery so I obliged them with a hateful message. Now i understand that some kind of
action should take place but what I suggest is that the Xbox Enforcement team should get in contact with the person who was reported to allow them to explain why they sent the message they sent instead of out of nowhere you cant talk to the person youre in
a party chat with and then they send you the email saying you have a ban with no end date just the time it started. So I ask the Xbox Enforcement team if they read this to please take this into consideration and if you do that, maybe a lot less people will
hate you if you just actually communicate with each complaint instead of just direct action.

One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

Have you seen the "Enforcement United" programme too? Community moderators, whose reviews presumably carry more weight than your average member.

The enforcement team doesn't use the forums. It also doesn't matter why a message is sent. If it includes something that violates the code of conduct, you can be suspended.
