    Hello, when accessing my Xbox account on the app, I tried to accept a friend request. But then I received this message.

    I have talked with the support people and they had me check my score. I have a perfert score.

    The support team told me to post in the forum to reach out for help from the enforcement team. I am hoping this can be resolved, because I’d like to have full access to my accout and system.

    One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

    Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

    Not sure what you mean by "score". If you mean your rep then that has nothing to do with whether you can receive enforcement action of not.

    The enforcement team don't use the forums.You would have to go to the enforcement site
    here for info on any enforcement actions you have.

    Yes, the Enforcement United program ended a while back maybe over a year ago if I'm not mistaken.
