Xbox enforcement wrongly banning

so I read how you get communication bans and it says if you threaten, use racial slurs, or harass people you could be potentially banned for a certain period of time however your allowed to and I quote "smack talk cause it's a competitive game" I understand
why I was banned the first time I won't like kid was being ignorant so I called him a N***** I woulda banned me to however my second banned started yesterday because I was playing pubg going for a third consecutive dub we get to end game only to be pinched
so we fall back to get cover as we are running to the ridge my buddy (we were in duos) stops to shoot while I'm running to the ridge only to get there and find another duo whose been laying in the grass the whole game waiting to be In a 1st and 2nd place situation
they jumpscare me as I come over the ridge and instantly kill me so like a G my buddy runs over there and slays both of them in less than 30 seconds because they are just laying there watching him hoping he doesn't see them so I send the kid a message and
I quote "play like a bitch, die like a bitch" and noticed he had switched games after he got murked so I followed up with another message that said "yea I'd switch games too if I sucked that bad" and now I'm hit with a 7 day ban from this group of people who
don't answer to Microsoft and don't have a contact number or any means of contacting them unless you answer their questionair the way they want you to answer and have to wait 24 hours for a reply witch is ridiculous it's like they want use all to be anti social
and non competitive which again is absolute B.S that's what games were meant for. For you to connect to other people around the world and play to win not some everyone gets a trophy B.S and I would honestly like to know how my little bit of smack talk that
is so called permitted on the Xbox enforcement page is deemed "threating" or "harassing" cause let's be honest when you get killed or lose a game and someone sends you a message even if it says "GG" can be deemed as harassment it's all how you take it so why
does every 12 year old have the power to say that what I said is "threatening or harassment" and actually get someone banned I getting sick and tired of this socialist B.S company

XBox Live Suspension

Since when does xbox give indefinite bans? No 3,5,7 or 3 week ban? Just we are banning you until further notice? Meanwhile the poster continues to pay for the service? Something doesnt seem right or we arent getting the full story.

Cant you view the amount of complaints on your account on the enforcement website?

I understand where you’re coming from however the Xbox Enforcement Team does not use these forums. For information about your account suspensions or bans sign in at this site with your account at https://enforcement.xbox.com



Only an actual person from the Xbox Live Enforcement Team can impose or remove a suspension or ban on the account. - "Despite what some may claim, Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team will never ever ban anyone wrong reason. Suspensions always occur as a
result of a specific Code of Conduct violation.

Code of conduct violations encompass a number of situations, including, but not limited to:

• Engaging in communications that claim or imply that you are Xbox staff
• Having a Gamertag or profile content that contains hate speech or profanity
• Using in game exploits to gain an unfair advantage over other players

Keep in mind that Windows Games, Steam, Sony/Nintendo etc has also their own version of gaming police team and punishment if caught breaking their respective rules.
