Why does xbox enforecment team need to be around besides letting these kids these days report you for talking it is our god giving right and freedom of speech to say whatever we want to in parties or online gaming towards other people like cursing
them out or having fun it is what is all about having fun why suspended someone or ban them you know they will just make another account again like this i was afk from my controller when i was asked to do something for my parents like doing things around the
house or going to the bathroom and when i got back someone came up and hogtied me on RDR2 online Wednesday and then i got on there i said something like [Mod Removed - Profanity] why did you do that i was afk alway from my controller and they said get the
rapiest and then i reply again shut up i was doing something for my mom and they go [Mod Removed - Profanity] yourself to me and then i said go [Mod Removed - Profanity] then the next day i get suspended for that Xbox Enforcement Team needs to worry about
the real problems on xbox live like hackers modders address trackers and cheaters right but nope there is way to not to hear them block the person and you can not hear them anymore unless you unblock them right so why does Xbox and Xbox Enforcement Team need
to be around for that i lost 4 other accounts on xbox live and its not stopping me for not want to play xbox i like xbox its fun for players like me to have fun and hangout with people nearby where you are from like for me i have friends are from hookstown
pa and this is what happen to me

Meaningless Suspension

The Xbox enforcement team does not life ban lightly, does anyone else use your account?

 

Massive issue with the Xbox enforcement team

So, recently I have been permanently banned by the Xbox enforcement team, I am not here to complain that I didn't deserve the ban or that I didn't do anything wrong, I deserve it. Anyways I have a pretty big complaint about what happens to your account after you have been permanently banned, when you try to sign into your account it just simply will not let you sign into it, not bad right that's part of a ban? But when you make a whole new account and try to play any games that you downloaded on your banned account you can't play them. This is listed in their Terms Of Service (TOS) that if you get permanently banned you forfeit all licence you owned with those games. This is an issue because Microsoft does not have the right to just take away content that you purchased because you broke their rules. That is like the police taking ownership of your house and all of your possessions because you got sent to jail. They should not be able to do that, they should not be able to take away all of your belongings and your hard earned money or money you have saved up over the months, I have around 30 Dollars left on that account with the 400 Dollars worth of games, skins, and other downloadable content I have purchased over the years and something needs to be done about this, they can't just simply say that it's written down in their TOS and that is the rules because as far as I know this isn't legal in the United States at least.

 

You violated the Code of Conduct by sending messages with profanity.

 

i did not it was in online i was talking in there because i got hogtied in rdr2 online by people and i was cursing at them for it

Swearing, use of profanity is against the Code of Conduct everyone signs when they open an account.

Regardless in what way it was said.

 

As ForzaDrift Girl said, but maybe you should review the
Code of Conduct here. The Enforcement Team does an excellent job and you have basically admitted you violated the policy.

 

This is what happens when little kids are allowed to play a 18+ game. Keep your chat on friends only. It will save you the trouble of suspension.

 

Give you a piece of advice kid, when online pretend that your speaking to a preacher from a church, ie don't swear or curse or treat people in a way that would disrespect them.

if you follow this you'll never get banned again, or you could go around swearing at people and shouting abuse and see how that goes.

Your choice, but don't come on here complaining when you get another ban issued to you.
