Hello Xbox,My name is Caleb. I have supported yall sence I was 8. When my brother bought the first xbox and ever sence I loved it. Now on my Instagram @funkid10_yo youll see I advertise yall. I have gotten more then 800 people to get the xbox from 2014-now.
And recently I got suspended from communication. Now please listen. Yall make games like Halo and GTA. And they cuss and everything. But you say we cant do that? Your being hypocrites and I HATE TO TELL YOU BUT ITS LIFE, People cuss and get mad and you suspend
them and even BAN THEM for that. Thats our money we spent on yall and you treat us like 6 year olds. (really). Me and 73 players who yall suspended and banned over the past week say why get xbox x. but only use it when u are banned? Xbox I can tell you I
dont cuss or threaten or harass people but for months you suspend me for it. I even went to the xbox support and they agreed I did nothing. And THEN THE NEXT DAY yall suspend me for talking and abuse... even when I was clearly suspended from talking......
I went to the police from Mount Juliet TN:Officer Chandler and he checked my xbox and they found nothing. So they told us to go to court. But I havent yet. Im with my friends and ask you lift the reports and suspension history from me and fix your enforcement
team. Because your loosing people everyday from the enforcement team. And im sad about it.

What makes you think they won't have the same level of control? Sony have said they won't enforce it, fair enough. That doesn't mean a publisher won't enforce it.Click to expand...

Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

Sorry but the enforcement team does not follow these forums. The only way to contact them is to file a case review with them at this link https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US

be aware the you will be required to take a quiz over the code of conduct which if you fail you will have wait 24 hours to try the case review process again.

On a side note, you say you don't do any of these thing that would violate the code of conduct so do you game share? If you do game share that means you have your account on someone else console, they can use it without you knowing to communicate and delete
the evidence so you would never know, and you are responsible for their actions too. I've heard of this happening to others.

In the past 24 hours I was blocked until 5/30/2017 due to some apparent violation of communication protocol. I started filling out the questionnaire in order to submit a review, however some of the questions were vague and nearly contradictory to what the
answers truly were. This caused me to answer incorrectly too many times and I was than locked out of the review submitting proscess until tomorrow. As a long time paying and loyal customer I would very much appreciate help on the matter to get this resolved.
I have no way to even know exactly what supposed action or communication may have caused this. Please contact me as soon as possible in regards to the matter.

Again,if the system was flawed there would be millions of people complaining but there isn't,there's only a few kids who will not admit to their mistakes & blame everyone else but themselves.
