Xbox enforcement team read my entire history of personal messeages

Xbox enforcement team banned me from using communications and "investigated" my entire personal messeages history on xbox for telling a trash talker go f himself and then banning my xbox live for 14 days after they thoroughly read through all my personal messeages.

Are you kidding me microsoft`? Using vulgar words on xbox messeages will make a dude from the xbox enforcement team read all your personal messeages and punish you for it. I get it if it was child pornography or something equally nasty but it was a profanity word. What the hell.

Also Xbox features numerous games that displays equally vulgar profanites both visually and auditory making you massive hipocrites just like the woke idiots you are trying to be.

The new consoles are still not available to me but thanks for making my choise crystal clear about what console Im buying. I have never experienced something similar on pc. steam or playstation.

Dont use xbox messeage system like personal messeages. All the messeages is accessible to xbox enforcement team and they can read it when and how they see fit.

If they didnt make us agree to this hidden in their user agreements, this action would be highly illegal.

A stranger tells you to go f yourself and another stranger reads your entire history of personal messeages like it was a public forum. What would be most offensive to you?

Also the stranger man from xbox enforcement team who read all my personal messeages tried to teach me moral after I sent a complaint on the issue. The impudence of this pos was just gross.

Coming from someone who also uses Playstation and Steam if you read through their rules they actually have almost the exact same rules to a T. Profanity isnt allowed their either.

That being said it doesnt matter how a situation starts. If you respond in a way that goes against the rules (which you did) then you can also be suspended.

Thats why when dealing with people like this its best to just mute, block and report them. No need to respond to them. If you hadnt then only they would have been suspended and not you.

Thats what they are hoping you do just so they can report you and you took the bait.

You are right. It felt like bait or entrapment. The xbox live ban hurt a little as I was playing online and was forcefully blocked from multiplayer. But in after thought the invasion of my privacy is a much bigger concern than xbox blocking my account from multiplayer. I just made a new account on the xbox and can play the game I was playing live online because the banned account on the xbox has the game and xbox live. All they did was to block my multiplayer on the banned account for 14 days. This would not stop a malicious person or me having fun on multiplayer.

Im not going to use the communication system at all. If someone sends me child pornography I will not report it. A report would only have some creep invade my privacy. Also all the people of the invasion team are disgustingly immoral. They give them selfs the right to play law enforcement data forensics by restoring and reading deleted mail. It is basicly a federal crime. The reason for this is by typing the word F. Entrapment for invasion of your privacy is a crime itself.

This is criminal and immoral.

Dont ever report people because they will start monitoring you live and read your personal messeages. They will read both senders conversations and monitor them.

They can take a min of 2 days.

You can not "lie " to the Enforcement team. You file a report and they check on it. Each report is handled by a person and fully investigated.

When they do their check of a report they also check your entire message history. So even old nasty messages can get you in trouble.

I personally have no issues with it.

If there was no fee, then the entire service would be flooded with inappropriate gamertags. It would be even more of a chore for the enforcement team to do their job properly. That's just my opinion though.
