Xbox Enforcement Suspension (Not justifiable, and UNFAIR)

So recently I was on the sea of thieves and I was playing in a party chat, we kept on getting harassed by the other crew getting invited to a party which we kept ignoring and getting messages. but in the end, I received a 3-day suspension stating I sent inappropriate messages or participated in inappropriate voice chat which I did not I received a 3-day suspension without it telling me what i "said or sent" this is utterly ridiculous I sent a claim, and its been in review. and prior to me even getting suspended all 3 friends even typed in-game chat they would be reporting me. This is completely unfair to me. The Xbox enforcement team should either remove my suspension. or have a way to contact them. because in all reality this is unfair for players who follow their code of conduct. who follow their terms of service. this goes against Xbox's value of integrity. also, doesn't violate the Xbox standards IV of "Keep it clean"... I make it a point to follow all 10 standards of Xbox and their code of conduct and respect their values and I am not receiving the same courtesy. This needs to be fixed. because me having to wait 3 days may not seem like alot but it is the fact i did not violate any TOS, COC, or Standards. I have already filed a claim but yet to receive an update.

Unfortunately, all you can do is wait for the Enforcement Team to review your Appeal request..they are the only ones who can do that and no-one outside that department has any influence on them.

Yes l realise the inadequacy of the entire enforcement processes

Its inadequate and wrong to deny review of cases based on time as the penalty isn't justified

The enforcement team in not getting feedbacks continue to create unnecessary issues for innocent players in imposing suspensions which aren't justified

Again lm sure in future the enforcement team will look at my account see prior suspensions and impose longer time frames

So lm dissatisfied frustrated and annoyed by the entire episode

Exploiting glitches in games is against the ToU/CoC so i would say your suspension is justified.

The enforcement team wont accept screenshots as they can be easily tampered with.

If your case review was upheld then that's it,you will just have to wait out the suspension.

How do you contact the Enforcement Team on their website? The answer is you don't! The "submit a case review" link is broke because the Enforcement Team rather spam people and give out unfair suspensions instead of actually doing their job!
