Xbox Enforcement question

I was recently suspended for harassment, my friends falsely reported me, and the suspension was lifted on October 6, 7:00 P.M EST, however, i did not get communications back, i can play online, change my profile etc. When i looked at the Xbox Enforcement
team page, it came up as "past enforcement actions on your account" I have never seen this before and when the suspension was lifted, all of my privleges were supposed to be given back. As I mentioned above, communications were never given, and I don't know
why. Can somebody please help me out?

First you need to make a post on the enforcement forum for Xbox. Make a post explaining the situation and a rep will respond to your post.

One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

What makes you think they won't have the same level of control? Sony have said they won't enforce it, fair enough. That doesn't mean a publisher won't enforce it.Click to expand...

Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

Check the enforcement site to be sure you did not receive a communications suspension.

If that is not the case, try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, then re-add the account.

No one can give you a 100% answer. Permanent bans can be issued based on the severity of the action (meaning you can get one without having any prior suspensions), or for multiple suspensions. Usually with the multiple suspensions the suspension length grows
until they issue a permanent ban, but again, that can also depend on the severity.

hey Microsoft support , yesterday night a person i know was harassing me and calling me names through messages and i was fed up so decided to take action and say some things to him and now im banned is there any way i can get unbanned because surely hes the one at fault
