XBOX Enforcement Penalties can't be right for this personal Gamer pictures showing simple...

Or maybe the answer was given in my first post. Change your gamer picture on the 360 and it should show up as your default gamer picture on xbox one. Seems pretty simple to me.

Enforcement team never read the forums and they cant have a direct comms with the person they are enforcing because it is prone to abuse to the staff.

Enforcement actioms are taken because in a way you broke the TOS and you get a penalty for that, when you agreed to be part of Xbox Live Services it says that Microsoft takes enforcement action to individuals that dont follow the rules of their services,
it is that simple.

As for the gamer picture, because her active gamer picture (not the personal picture) was one taken using her avatar, it was reset upon this error occurring; it's just a simple matter of resnaping the photo.

That's what I'm trying to figure out, why my personal picture doesn't change when I change my gamer picture. I read somewhere that your personal picture was visible to yourself and friends only and your gamer picture was what showed up to all others (obviously
if they are the same picture, everybody sees the same thing). My dilemma is that when I go to change my gamer picture, I have to then repeat it for my personal picture (right below the gamer picture option on your profile in dashboard). For most people, changing
your gamer picture automatically changes your personal picture, but not for me... and I'd like to know how to fix that.

Yes sir, I did download it from the dashboard and went strait to change gamer picture and personal picture and seen the BF4 pictures there. On my xbox it shows me having the gamer picture i desire, but everyone else sees a different Gamer Picture. Ive tried
switching to the ones that come on the console but it still shows up as this random hockey player.
