    Xbox Enforcement outrageous bans. Sick of being punished for being harassed


    I'd like to raise this topic because I've met hundreds of players that completely agree. Something needs to be done about you're code of conduct.... some one can waste 40minutes of my time and permanently kill a character I've played for a long time...
    and he was team killing by the way. So he gets to do all that but when i say you're a [mod removed].. i get banned?? So Microsoft says it's fully okay to mess with people and cause them great mental pain but ooh geez if you react..??? Seriously I want a moderator
    or somebody from Microsoft to attempt to explain that to me? This is beyond a joke, i've been banned 3 times now because i've been team killed harassed... makes me want to be such a horrible evil person so I can actually earn my bans, sick of getting beaten
    up then put on detention while the bully gets to keep bullying with you're protection, Explain that Microsoft??

    You haven't been banned because you have been "team killed harrassed".

    Youve been banned, I assume, because you didn't adhere to the codes of conduct.

    If.you het harassed, the best thing to do is mute, block and report offenders.

    I would also advise against "earning your bans"

    Hi, I was harrased by a group of boys for almost an hour on a game and when I reported them XBOX DID NOTHING. So I had to try to handle this situation all on my own considering you guys were doing nothing about it,resulting in my suspention. So how are
    you protecting us, it seems to me you guys support the big group bullies rather then the people who are acually having problems.

    As long as you reported them the enforcement team will investigate them and take the appropriate action. Suspensions are not always issued immediately as they can take time to investigate. There's no way for you to know for sure if/when the enforcement
    team takes action. As others have stated, in the future, just report and block.

    If you think someone has violated the code of conduct just report and block that person. Retaliating violates the service rules and is cause for suspension.
